Chef Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine has turned his hit food truck into this popular spot on South Lamar. It's a casual, come-as-you-are concept where guests can pull up a stool at the massive counter or at a nearby table. Everyone is here for the hearty, decadent American fare designed for sharing. Dressed down with a rustic edge, their Southern dishes with global inflections range from ceviche and chicken heart satay to wagyu burgers and stuffed quail with dirty rice and grilled okra.
