At the restaurant of the New Wave hotel, the food is down-to-earth and delicious, with a regional focus and an international twist. The menu features dishes such as braised ox cheek and Japanese-style halibut. Characterised by sleek, modern interior design with a maritime touch, the setting is appealing. There is also an open kitchen and a custom-built table for larger groups. The friendly, laid-back service is another draw. In summer, make a beeline for the secluded courtyard terrace. From May, the rooftop bar is open for delicious cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere.
