The Gourmetstube, in a fantastic location at 1,850 metres, is the perfect place to relax and unwind! In a cosy Alpine atmosphere with rustic wood and beautiful natural stone, you will be served a sophisticated three to six-course menu at classically laid tables, accompanied by elaborate snacks to start and sweet treats to finish. On request, you can enjoy interesting, harmonious wine pairings – it's also worth taking a look at the wine list, which features a few rarities. The service is extremely friendly and attentive – chef Stefan Lastin presents his dishes himself and owner Peter Aschbacher also enjoys spending time with guests. Please note: in summer, you can drive up the somewhat arduous mountain road yourself, or alternatively take the bus or walk. In winter, you will be picked up by snowmobile. The house is also accessible by ski, as it is located virtually on the slopes.
