The Austrian cuisine is a hit – the "Schmankerl Brett" (snack platter) and stone-baked flammkuchen, as well as Tafelspitz (prime boiled beef) and Wiener schnitzel are crowds-pleasers, not forgetting the caramelised Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) with stewed plums.
