In Puerto Madero, one of the most popular districts of the city, you’ll find this restaurant that bears the hallmark of Michel Rolland, one of the world’s most renowned and influential French wine experts. Here, the cuisine on offer comes courtesy of young yet experienced chef Magalí Núñez (who has worked in other leading Buenos Aires restaurants such as Niño Gordo and La Carnicería) and is strongly focused on premium cuts of Aberdeen Angus beef which have been aged for 21 days and are cooked on the wood-fired grill. On the menu you’ll also find other classic parrilla-grilled dishes as well as empanadas, risottos, and fresh pasta (gnocchi “campagne”, lamb ravioli, tagliatelle etc), as well as burgers and a few fish options. As you would expect, the wine list reflects the personal taste and passion of Michel Rolland himself, showcasing the superb labels that mature and age in his family cellars (Bodega Rolland) in the Uco Valley in Mendoza.
