For over a decade, this shop has been serving dumplings and potstickers that are stuffed and cooked soon after orders are placed. So expect slower service than your average dumpling joint. Signatures include assorted fillings and egg-and-tomato variety. Even the dough is made fresh daily. Order two taels at least for each kind – about ten dumplings. Also try their cold appetisers such as braised beef and wood ear fungus salad.
