MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This landmark brasserie has been treated to a youthful makeover. The façade has been customised with graffiti, but the interior is as warm as ever. Martin is in charge of the dining room, while Rémi adds panache and flair to the culinary line up. The food of the former under-chef of La Paix is blessedly familiar, but also distinctive.
