MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Het Verschil’s dedication to quality is obvious. Recently installed in Lede in a former town mayor’s house, appointed in a contemporary vein with a sprinkling of vintage touches, the house specialises in classical recipes. Chef Peter Maertens confidently combines character and experience.
