A buzzy spot for home-style cooking, Ming Fu serves big portions ideal for sharing with friends and family. Taiwanese fare is the star, including items seldom found elsewhere, such as mullet tripe and fresh fish maw. One standout is stuffed chicken with abalone, made with local free-range chicken filled with glutinous rice, red dates and goji berries before being simmered for over 24 hours. The resulting golden broth is rich in flavour and umami; the abalone is soft and bouncy and the chicken super tender – all making for a memorable dish.
