MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Celebrating over 50 years of glorious history, this family business is now helmed by the third generation. The oversized Chinese calligraphy on the exterior and art pieces in the interior impart a sense of high culture. The menu is classic Cantonese, with occasional Taiwanese touches, such as the simple but tasty steamed abalone with dried and fresh tomatoes. Seafood baked in papaya provides an interesting mix of flavours and textures.
