MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
For something a little different there’s Corner House, a fine colonial house circa 1910 in the grounds of the Botanic Gardens. The much-travelled chef uses his adventures across a number of countries to inform his multi-course omakase-style menu. Cards explaining the inspiration behind each creation are presented alongside the dish. There are three rooms to choose from; Whispering Corner overlooking the patio is your best bet for a romantic dinner.
