Yoshiko Morikawa is the third-generation owner of this okonomiyaki emporium in the heart of Dotombori. The mainstay of the menu is the ‘Mazeyaki, with a batter containing a mixture of many different ingredients. The menu fairly bursts with variety: pork and generous amounts of seafood are the heart of the shop’s famous ‘Mizuno-yaki’. In its ‘Yamaimo-yaki’, yam is used instead of flour in the batter, while the ‘Yoshoku-yaki’ is a creation handed down from her grandparents.
