This restaurant on the first floor of The Woodward hotel is a magical place, boasting an unobstructed view of the lake from its terrace, and promising attentive service and fresh, harmonious dishes. At the helm is Alain Verzeroli, who, along with chef Olivier Jean, has created a delicious culinary offering that espouses nature, the seasons and the ingredients. And, true to the name (meaning "gardener"), they give plants pride of place. Tasting menu or à la carte choice, plus a wide selection of vegetarian and/or gluten-free dishes. The restaurant also serves an exceptional breakfast and afternoon tea.
