Begin with one of their pane with olive oil or their salumi e formaggio with mortadella, prosciutto cotto and Fontina d’Aosta before moving into pasta: gnocchetti cacio e pepe is topped with pecorino Romano and a generous amount of toasted black pepper for a nice aromatic note. Zeppole dusted in vanilla bean sugar and accompanied by a marsala zabaglione is the perfect ending.
