In the lively Mercato delle Erbe district, the front door of the restaurant adorned with hundreds of stickers makes one think of a vinyl shop. Instead, it is a contemporary-looking venue serving, even at the bar counter or on the original surfboard just beyond the entrance, cuisine rooted in the local area but ranging with modernity and expertise to other corners of the world (highly recommended is the Bolognese ramen: tagliolini in mushroom broth, parmesan cheese, quail egg marinated in balsamic vinegar and spinach). To start or end the evening, there is also a choice of cocktails. Booking is a must.
