The ceiling entirely covered with marvellous frescoes from the school of the Carracci - the great Bolognese painters of the 16th century - is already a good reason to choose this restaurant for your gourmet breaks. The young and talented chef Agostino Schettino offers cuisine that takes cues from all over the Boot and elaborates them in a modern key. Very interesting is the homage to Bologna with a tasting menu dedicated to the city - ‘La Dotta, la Grassa e la Rossa’ - where the classic tortellini in 36-month Parmigiano cream cannot be missed.
