This restaurant in an ultra-luxury beach resort boasts a rustic chic room, complete with an open kitchen, wood-fired oven (hence the name) and a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Here, the chef offers a good range of Italian classics, embodying his personal history and childhood memories. His tiramisu, generous enough for two to share, is topped with a crispy caramelised sugar shell, a perfect finale to the refined dining experience.
