Located along Grand Hyatt Seoul’s gourmet alley 322 Sowol-ro, Teppan is a restaurant where everything on the menu is cooked on an iron griddle — even appetizers and desserts. Food is prepared by chefs in front of the guests on flat-surface grills behind the bar counter. Diners can also gaze out at the scenic view of Namsan Mountain through the restaurant’s wide windows while enjoying their meal.
