The location on the Schlossberg (castle hill) is fantastic in its own right: located right beside the Vauban fortress, the business hotel that houses this restaurant overlooks the city and affords a one-of-a-kind view – best enjoyed from the terrace. However, the interior is also delightful with its sleek contemporary design, coupled with panoramic vistas through the expansive windows. The seasonal cuisine can be enjoyed as a set menu or ordered à la carte. Sunday brunch is served.
