A romantic Mediterranean relais in the heart of Sirmione, La Speranzina showcases spaces inspired by elegant classicism, featuring luminous interiors dominated by light colors. During summer, the terrace offers incomparable views of the lake and castle, with some tables positioned directly over the water. The gastronomic offerings, created by a chef trained in the Heinz Beck school, include various tasting menus and an à la carte selection of elegant, structured dishes where the skilled use of ingredients, including exotic ones, always aims to build complex yet harmonious and inviting flavors. Completing the experience is a well-stocked cellar, with particular attention to Champagnes and special formats. For overnight stays, three magnificent panoramic suites are available.
