In the center of the small hamlet of Ghirlanda, in the heart of the Colline Metallifere, a discreet entrance leads to the elegant restaurant run by the Bracali brothers. Chef Francesco skillfully navigates between two tasting menus (with dishes also available à la carte), offering modern creations of both meat and fish. Luca, on the other hand, manages the dining room and passionately oversees the wine cellar, which is extensive, well-structured, and divided into two distinct sections: Italy and the rest of the world. Special attention is given to vertical tastings, curated with genuine dedication. Note: Reservations are mandatory!
