                        Located on the seafront, on the fourth floor of the elegant Iniala Harbour House, ION Harbour offers impeccable service, breathtaking views, and truly exceptional cuisine. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Simon Rogan, holder of three Michelin stars for his Lake District restaurant L’Enclume in the UK. Resident chef Christian Cali executes a complex and creative menu, using ingredients grown, reared, or caught in the Maltese Islands wherever possible, in line with Rogan’s celebrated farm-to-fork philosophy.
For the best experience, reserve one of the tables by the terrace windows — covered and heated in winter — to enjoy an even more spectacular view. The wine list is outstanding, with around 500 labels presented through curated tasting journeys, as well as an extensive selection available by the glass.
