If you’re looking for a culinary option that’s both refined and original, this restaurant is usually packed and lives up to the hype. Located in the heart of the city, overlooking the Torrent de Sa Riera canal, it boasts a welcoming, bistro-style ambience with a pleasant terrace shaded by an open arcade. The chef-owner, who is usually right in the thick of things, is known for democratising haute cuisine and showcase cooking full of nuances and variations (including from his native Buenos Aires) with a strong focus on Mediterranean flavours and unequivocal influences from his time working in London, Paris and even Moscow. The experience revolves around two tasting menus, with 3 and 5 courses (the dishes are shared). Our recommendation? We especially liked the dessert: Berries with saffron cream, chocolate, and spiced macadamia nuts.
