This restaurant occupies a Menorcan-style country house with plenty of typical charm (including a delightful terrace) that has been converted into a small rural hotel. The cuisine here is based around an à la carte service (with specific sections dedicated to vegetables, seafood, rice dishes, pasta... and a special one, available upon reservation, where lobster is the star of the show) and a choice of two set menus: ‘Ecos de la finca’ (Echoes of the Farm) and ‘Esencia menorquina’ (Menorcan Essence) (one expertly uses the honey produced by its bees, and the other, their homemade olive oil). Here, they are constantly experimenting with culinary techniques and regional ingredients to rustle up locally sourced delicacies, with plenty of Mediterranean touches. The estate has its own organic vegetable garden, olive trees, chickens, and lambs!
