Established in late 2023, Oryz boasts a cosy interior with grey tones and soft lighting for a relaxed bistro vibe. An open kitchen on the first floor lets diners watch the chefs at work. Chef Chris Fong, enriched by a diverse cultural heritage, breaks culinary boundaries with his Asian Contemporary concept: familiar Asian recipes are reimagined with a flourish, in a 12- or 14‐course tasting menu. Each meal is accompanied by a "passport" detailing the inspiration behind it.
