After moving to Palermo Hollywood, an area of the city that got its name due to the concentration of numerous film, radio and television production companies, this restaurant has taken a big step forward in terms of operation and comfort. The modern and intimate premises play with vaporous curtains that create different spaces, Just as the scenery has changed, so has the culinary proposal, now more elegant and well cared for. Chef Julio Lunghi offers up a unique tasting menu with a contemporary character that, built around national seasonal produce, takes fire as a clear thread (Latent, Subtle, Abyssal, Deep, Ancestral, etc.). Generally speaking, you'll find flavoursome sauces, an interesting play of textures, carefully chosen presentations, and, in many cases, dishes that take his childhood memories as a starting point. We especially liked one called Trout, cashew and dill, with infused broths and smoked butter.
