All the MICHELIN Key Hotels in Dubai

The MICHELIN Guide announces top honors for Dubai hotels in 2025.

The result of countless hours of evaluation by MICHELIN Guide Hotel Inspectors, our first-ever Global Hotel Keys announcement arrives right as travelers gear up to plan their Dubai winter trip and stay in some of the city’s most incredible hotels.

Like the MICHELIN Stars for restaurants, the MICHELIN Keys are our most outstanding hotels. Jump straight to the list or take a deeper dive into select Key hotels — or explore some of the highlights from the 2025 Dubai Key hotels below.

A Three-Key Selection on the Palm Jumeirah

It’s hard to miss the massive, stacked block structure on the right side of the Palm Jumeirah. Atlantis The Royal is grand in every sense: size, design and service. Since its opening in early 2023 — accompanied by an over-the-top Beyoncé concert, of course — the hotel has made its mark on Dubai’s already thriving hospitality scene. As its name suggests, this stay truly impressed our Inspectors from the moment they saw it from a distance. This is far from a laid-back resort, but rather a glamorous experience from the valet to the Cloud 22 Skypool overlooking the city’s iconic skyline.

Atlantis The Royal encapsulates everything Dubai is known for: chic and bold extravagance paired with incredible warmth and hospitality. At this hotel, you’ll find a variety of restaurants (many selected in the MICHELIN Guide), a private beach, luxury retail outlets — think Louis Vuitton and Valentino — wellness and beauty centers, and even direct access to a nearby waterpark that families will love.

Transformative towers

It’s no surprise that a little more than half of Dubai’s MICHELIN Key list hotels are statuesque buildings. The city is known for its skyline-defining towers that have broken records due to their size or their design, so having a hotel housed in these magnificent towers skyscrapers is one way of showing Dubai’s daring development ventures.
